It’s the perfect time to book your family vacation for 2013! Make your reservations for that special occasion, birthday or anniversary. Girlfriend getaways have increased in popularity, catch up with the girls, get your friends together and join the fun!
Should you like to make a reservation once confirming that the requested dates are available, a deposit in the amount of 35% of the total package price is required to secure your dates. A deposit is fully refundable with 30 days notice of cancellation, after which time it will be applied to your future stay with us. Cancellations of 10 days or less will result in forfeiture of the deposit. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, cash or check.
ALL INCLUSIVE RATES – Making the Comparison… If you’re comparing rates, keep in mind, at some ranches there may easily be a 20% difference between the published price and what you may actually end up being charged. Our rates include not only all meals and lodging, but ALL ranch activities, soft drinks and water during your stay. The reason for this is simply that we want our guests to participate in ranch activities without concern as to whether or not there is any extra cost. It also allows guests to know the bottom line investment in their vacation with no surprise charges.
The following all inclusive package prices are per person/per night based on double occupancy (single occupancy add 10%) and include all meals, lodging, horseback riding and on site activities. There are no additional charges or fees to the rates.
